Creator & Engineer Project · 2025 - present

A complete private AI platform, from the desktop interface to the execution runtime and infrastructure.

Architecture
Electron/React desktop, Rust runtime, authenticated Go gateway, and local or company-managed model serving.
Runtime design
Dependency-aware parallel tools, context compaction, resumable state, bounded retries, and permission boundaries.
Engineering
I define interfaces and acceptance criteria, direct scoped agents, review patches, and validate the integrated system.
Engineering details

On-demand skills and Qdrant retrieval with team access filters. Isolated Git worktrees, review diffs, checkpoints, repeated-call guards, cancellation, and redacted telemetry. Artifact tools create and validate documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs.

The native rewrite reduced cold-start time by 96% and idle memory by 88% in the measured workflows.

GamePack's native video review workspace with blue frame annotations, a comment and reply, and numbered timeline markers

Creator & Lead Engineer In development

Offline video review, with drawings and conversations tied to the exact frame.

Architecture
Shared React Native/TypeScript interface, native macOS and Windows playback hosts, and a Rust/SQLite engine connected through CXX.
Review workflow
Organize footage into projects, annotate a frozen frame, and discuss it in threaded comments. Review playback stops at commented frames.
Engineering
I build across the interface, native media integration, and local storage, keeping playback, drawings, and comment markers in sync.
Engineering details

AVPlayer on macOS and MediaPlayer on Windows handle native playback. Frame stepping, Watch/Review modes, and zoom connect the player to the annotation workspace.

Media imports use incremental BLAKE3 hashing and verified copies to avoid duplicate files. SQLite transactions save comments and drawings together; stable draft IDs make posting safe to retry.

UpDrafted's recruiting app showing messages between fictional athletes and coaches

Creator & Lead Engineer 2025 - 2026

Athlete discovery, conversations, subscriptions, and a complete administration app.

Architecture
Separate Next.js/TypeScript recruiting and administration apps over shared PostgreSQL/Drizzle data models.
Access & billing
14 row-level security policies, encrypted stored messages, signed Stripe webhooks, and plan-based limits.
Engineering
I own the data model, user flows, and deployment pipeline, using coding agents for implementation and review.
Engineering details

Drizzle schemas and transaction-scoped user context. Cloudflare R2 file storage, plan-based usage limits, and separate athlete and administration apps. Changes reviewed against access rules, payment events, and complete user flows.

Maelstrom in Infernal's native shooting range, with character abilities and weapon interface

Independent Developer In development

Multiplayer combat, with networking and backend systems built together.

Architecture
Unity/C# clients, FishNet networking, PlayFab matchmaking, and dedicated server allocation and lifecycle.
Runtime behavior
Server-controlled combat and team visibility, validated in the actual game build.
Engineering
Custom skills guide specialized agents. I coordinate file ownership, integrate patches, and inspect native gameplay.
Engineering details

Dedicated server allocation and lifecycle management. Shared-editor coordination and one owner per file keep parallel development integrated. Runtime checks and actual game inspection close the feedback loop.

Crytica Security

Software Engineer Nov. 2025 - present

Security software, from requirements to installation.

I architected and developed a multi-tenant administration console in JavaScript/PHP over a C backend, plus a RHEL 9 bootstrap script and installer wizard that deploy the full product across 3–12 servers. I own requirements, delivery milestones, and release readiness in collaboration with leadership.

Across the project, I orchestrated hundreds of AI agents and subagents, reviewed and integrated their work, and validated the product with 100+ automated tests and black-box end-to-end tests of user input flows. Centralized authorization and parameterized SQL protect console access; subprocess isolation improves synchronization across 9+ ledgers.

Set the architecture.
Own the outcome.

I use AI agents throughout planning, implementation, and testing. I define the architecture and acceptance criteria, review the code, integrate changes, and validate the complete system.

Understand the system. Define the interfaces. Coordinate execution. Verify the behavior.

  1. Architecture & task design

Define component boundaries, data flow, failure cases, and acceptance criteria before delegating implementation.

  2. Agent orchestration & integration

Equip specialists with custom skills and relevant context. Assign file ownership, isolate parallel work, and review each patch against the design.

  3. Validation & automation

Build, test, and inspect actual behavior. Diagnose failures, direct focused fixes, and encode repeatable checks in skills and CI/CD.
